Spit
or Swallow
A question that’s
been around since Eve first took a bite out of the apple…spit or
swallow? Well the arguments range from how bad swallowing semen is for
your health to how many calories it contains to how disgusting it tastes
but how many of the pros and cons are old wives tales? What’s the
truth behind taking it down? In a recent survey 300 females were quizzed
about what they did with semen. Only 5% spat it out, 18% preferred a
facial, 18% loved to snowball and a massive 59% swallowed it right down.
Gone are the days when a firm hand on the back of the head was the only
way to make sure it went all the way to the digestive system So is
taking it down the way forward and what are the benefits?

Health - The
New Scientist presented research that semen is actually an
anti-depressant due to the amount of hormones in semen that can alter
moods. It’s worth remembering at this stage that semen is the fluid in
which sperm swims en route to the ovaries and this fluid not only
provides a mode of transport for the little tail thrashers, it also
contains nutrients to nourish them on the amazing journey whether it be
to ovaries or tonsils. It also contains antacids to neutralise the acid
in the vagina thereby protecting the sperm from an untimely death. The
average ejaculation of semen is around the 15 ml mark and contains 15
calories so its not going to ruin your diet (unless you’re a bukkake
queen and you're gonna take down 100 shots).
The
composition of a shot of semen is as follows:

North Carolina State
University studied over 15000 females who had regularly performed oral
sex (once or twice a week) and swallowed over the last ten years. The
results were astounding in that those who swallowed reduced their risk
of having breast cancer by up to 40%. (Editors
note:- Yeah right sure it does!!!!)

The conclusion is
that semen has incredible physiological and psychological benefits. Like
all good medicine though it tastes nasty so what can be done to make the
elixir of life more palatable?
Taste
- The
taste of semen is relative to the donor’s physical health and a change
in diet, drugs, alcohol and mental health can produce a change in taste.
Research shows that certain substances ingested by the donor can
dramatically affect the taste of semen and whilst there are a new range
of products on the market claiming to guarantee that they will make
semen taste one way or the other, natural ingredients can have the same
effect.
It
is the recipient’s personal taste, which should dictate what the donor
should be taking on board to encourage the recipient to swallow. Below
is a list of what to ingest to produce certain tastes. Why not try mix
and match and your own recipes? Whatever works for you let us know here
at Avante Swingers and we’ll publish your findings for your fellow
swingers to share.

So
there you have it. If you can convince your partner to eat certain food
groups you could be taking in a sweet medicinal compound that not only
is part of a healthy balanced diet but will also reduce the risk of
depression and breast cancer. Time to strike tissues off the shopping
list and add pineapple juice?
(Editors
note:- Apologies to all you spitters out there as you have probably
gathered this article was written by a man that, when the suggestion was
made did he wish to increase his calcium/utilise the anti aging
properties of sperm etc etc and enjoy the taste of his "sperm-
liquor" by adding more pineapple juice to his diet, he suddenly
declared that the article was ...erm....a humorous discussion on the
spit and swallow controversy of sperm !!)
(Writers
note:- Well if you ladies want to play Russian Roulette with your health
and spit sperm out, don't come crying to us men for some of our 'elixir
of life' aka semen. As for us men swallowing it...we already have it in
our bodies, where do you think sperm comes from...Duh!)
