Positions (Intermediate
Level) Welcome back! Have you been practising the basic positions? Have you enjoyed yourself? Excellent! Now its time to move on to the next level in your swinger training to intermediate. Before we get down to business it might be a good idea to have a health check with your GP because some of these intermediate positions require a certain degree of physical fitness, stamina and subtlety. For the male, you need to have a basic level of strength both upper body and in your legs. For the female you’re going to have to be flexible and fit. Sex isn’t a sprint on the intermediate level – it’s more of a long distance event. The last thing we want to happen is for you both to collapse in a pile of mangled limbs and end up in Accident and Emergency trying to explain to a consultant what happened. The female and male get into the doggy style position. The male enters the female and then the female raises a leg, which the male supports with his hand. The female then raises her other leg, which again the male supports so that the female has both legs off the ground and is supporting her weight with her hands or forearms. The female then wraps her legs around the males back as he supports her lower body by taking hold of her waist. The female is then in the shape of the wheelbarrow. This position is good for the male as he has control of the tempo and penetration.
Both participants are going to need a fair deal of strength for this one and unfortunately it’s not recommended if the female is a BBW and the male is less than very, very strong. To begin its probably better that you are on a raised platform with the couple in a standard 69. The male needs to have his lower legs hanging over the edge of the raised platform and feet on the ground. The male then wraps his arms around the female’s waist and stands up. The female then wraps her arms about the male’s waist and crosses her legs behind his head. This is the vertical 69. There are other ways to get into position but these are probably best left to advanced level. Caution must be taken at the point of orgasm for the male as the tendency for legs to buckle could result in the female being pile driven into the floor! Again the couple begin in a basic position of Cowgirl. (Revise Basic Level if you are unsure of this!) The male then stands up and takes a firm hold of the female’s hips. The female wraps her arms around the male’s neck and legs around his waist. The male then pushes the female’s hips to and fro. The male needs a good degree of leg strength as he does in the vertical 69.
This position is a variation of the Missionary but excellent for the ultimate penetration. The female lies on her back and lifts her bottom off the floor and her legs over her shoulders so that her feet are either side of her head. The male adopts the Missionary position and enters thus. The female can maintain her leg position or alternatively can cross them behind the male’s neck.
The male and female position each other opposite laying on their backs. The male both turn to lay on their right hand sides facing away from each other then the female raises her left leg. The male moves down the bed and positions himself between the female’s legs and enters. The couple’s legs entwine and both begin a slow rocking motion up and down as opposed to back and forth. This position is popular with lesbians but easily adapted for hetero-sexuals.
So there are some more to be getting along with. Practice these to achieve your intermediate level and once mastered you will be ready to move up to advanced level. In the mean time, have fun, work hard and remember – should you feel dizzy or faint at any point, stop and consult a doctor! |
